Different options available
Cassette Version
The Stertil-Koni DiamondLift with the prefabricated cassette frame with Diamond Guard barrier coating protects the lift from electrolysis and corrosion and protects the lift from electroysis and corrosion and protects the lift against workshop fluids. Travel ranges available from 3,000mm, 4,000mm or 5,200mm.
Frame Version
The DiamondLift frame version is installed in a concrete pit and has multiple tracvel ranges due to the modular configuration of the frames. Available with either aluminium rolling covers or steel covers sliding plates.

Highly Durable Pistons: Hard chrome-plated piston construction very durable with long life span. By design, all the critical seals are inside the telescopic cylinder, therefore protecting them from any potential damage caused by dirt or debris
Standard or Continuous Recess: The Standard DiamondLift has 1 or 2 pockets. Ideal for vehicles with less extensive undercarriages. The Continuous Recessâ„¢ version with a broad base frame or cassette is recommended for vehicles with low ground clearance.
Sliders, Not Rollers: Instead of utilising traditional rollers which may cause a high point load, the DiamondLift moveable lifting unit(s) with the aluminium trench-covering system travel on polyethylene slides atop a stainless steel guide which are extremely tough and durable thus maintenance-free.
Superior and Environmentally Friendly: The top part of the DiamondLift is completely hot-galvanised. DiamondGuard® is a high-quality coating that protects the cassettes from electrolysis and corrosion as well as hazardous workshop fluids and prevents soil contamination. DiamondLift high pressure hydraulics, only require 18 litres of biodegradable oil per piston
