Returns Policy

1. You may return an item bought from Search Workshop Supplies Ltd within 14 days of receiving delivery provided it is in the original packaging, unworn, unused and suitable for re-sale.
2. If the item has been returned within the specified period and is not deemed to be suitable for resale in the returned packaging, Search Workshop Supplies Ltd will apply a charge of a 15% re-stocking fee.
3. Search Workshop Supplies Ltd will only pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds when the return is Search Workshop Supplies Ltd error.
4. If the goods have been supplied as ordered by the customer any cost for the return is the responsibility of the customer and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.
5. Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty Search Workshop Supplies Ltd cannot accept the return of:
   • Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements
   • Bespoke goods that have been ordered specifically for the customer
6. Search Workshop Supplies Ltd will not accept goods for return that have been bought as clearance items at specially reduced prices
7. Search Workshop Supplies Ltd will not accept goods for return that have been purchased over 3 months
8. All goods must have a valid Returns Number clearly marked on the box and will only be accepted if the above requirements are met. 
9. Search Workshop Supplies Ltd cannot accept responsibility for returns forwarded by customers using their own carriers and a POD would need to be provided.  The goods being returned must be adequately packaged and addressed to:
